For starters  let me say not only will you trim the body fat from your thighs but you  will lose it from every other part of your body as well. I do not think  any of us will complain about that will we? Well on with the discovery.  Oh and by the way do not expect something really profound since it  really just takes will power to do things in the right way.</p><p>Discovery  number one when it comes to learning how to slim down the thighs  is&#8230;drum roll please&#8230;eat your breakfast. It has been a long proven  fact that those who eat their breakfast every morning will burn more  calories throughout the day. A decent sized healthy, balanced breakfast  will start your metabolism working thus burning more fat throughout the  day. Not only that since you have eaten a good breakfast you are not  starving at lunch time and gouging yourself with an over sized lunch. Oh  and by the way, if you do about 15 minutes of aerobic exercise prior to  breakfast, yes I said prior to breakfast, you will see a tremendous  difference in body fat loss.<span
id="more-16"></span></p><p>Discovery number two when it comes to  learning how to slim down the thighs is to drink a full glass of water  before you eat your lunch and dinner (or supper depending where you  live). Make sure that you drink water with your meal as well. What this  will do is partially fill you up before you fill your plate. You will  eat less food because you will feel fuller and you will not over load  your plate.</p><p>Discovery number three when it comes to losing body  fat is to get some decent physical exercise in. Do some aerobics before  you eat as I have already mentioned this will help your body burn fat  faster. However, as good as aerobic exercise is resistance training is  better. Lift some weights, pump some iron and burn off the body fat  fast. All you will need is 20 to 30 minutes every three to four days and  you will be amazed at what you can lose. Intersperse your aerobic times  on the off days or better yet right after you do your resistance  training since it will help you burn calories.</p><p><a
